► HEIGHT: 5'11
► WEIGHT: 130lbs (idek)
► BUILD: average, really, but John tends to look rather lanky.
► SKIN TONE: I'd say Olive? he's quite border lined between it and Pale.
► DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: John has a very beaked nose and bright, hazel eyes. His hair is a chestnut brown, always rather wavy with its Moptop cut.
► LIKES:
+Birds
+Scotch and coke tipples
+History (quite the history nerd)
+Music
+People- Now we all know that John can be a bit... feisty around people he doesn't know well. But in truth, John really does love people. They interest him. Their different behaviors and methods of daily life have a certain capture on his interest. He'll often provoke responses with crude comments and actions, simply to get a rise out of someone.
+Close friends- though John does like his privacy, there are people in his life he'd rather have around him all the time. Like George, Ringo and Paul, he's well attached to them and finds it more comforting than annoying to be around them.
► DISLIKES:
-Idiots- he cant stand them and will often go to great lengths to point out their flaws. But as John is a bit brighter than most, he sees many people as such.
-Birds- This is a two way situation. He finds them to be A LOT of work. Only good for a shag, really. He respects them, though.
-People- another good and bad aspect. He also can be very intolerant of people.
-Invasion of Privacy- the only people he really likes around him 24/7 are his mates, Paul, Ringo and George.
-Uptights- he's rather
-Obedience- Rebellious is his middle name (.... THAT'S WHAT WINSTON MEANS... OKAY?) tell him to stay in line, and he's out the door. Set up a border, and he's halfway across it. Nothing is offlimits in his eyes.
► OVERALL PERSONALITY: In the realm of John Lennon, there are two roads, the wrong way and the John way. Outside observers may not agree with this ideal of his, but it seems to propel him through life like a silver lining. In his eyes only he can be the only one to make things important, he pokes fun at other people’s problems with his wit and sarcasm, mocking their lives to cover up his own shortcomings. He certainly isn't above making someone else cry to make himself feel better. He's the rough one that isn't going to give you a hug because your granny died, he’d probably be the first to tell you to stop rolling in your own self pity and get on with your life, like he did his. Which is why John isn’t the one with the most friends. Even when he does try to be friendly, his sense of humor is rather rough around the edges and hard to get use to the idea that he isn’t trying to be rude, but simply stating his mind and having a bit of fun.
John can also be rather sweet, though. If he really notices someone is having trouble or is having a hard time, he isn't going to try and hurt them. If you are on his good side he may give you a helping hand and perhaps try harder than he usually does in the acquaintance of other people. When it comes to love, John much rather believes in shagging than long term. The thought of kids, as he is still only 22, scares him. But if a bird happens to come his way he won't be above hitting on her. He’s quite notorious around town for his antics and rash behavior, as nothing seems to be done without the theatrics and sarcastic jokes he’s known for. One of his only soft spots in life is his best mate, Paul McCartney who he has known since he was a teenager. John is his one, go-to person in life. With his mother gone, and his father rather unknown, he relies on Paul for just about everything.
John can be classified as very standoffish to people he does not know. But to a wiser eye, it has been seen that he is simply trying to cover up for the hurt he hides away inside. With so much anger trapped within, John often focuses his frustration out on the wrong people at the worst of times. Paul has been one of the only people in his life to tolerate him for all the things he is.
Music is one of the biggest passions in his life. Alongside art and writing, He’s had a guitar in his hand since he was fourteen. But his musical career did not take off until he met the rest of the boys.

► HISTORY: Lennon was born in war-time England, on 9 October 1940 at Liverpool Maternity Hospital, to Julia and Alfred Lennon, a merchant seaman who was away at the time of his son's birth. He was named John Winston Lennon after his paternal grandfather, John "Jack" Lennon, and then-Prime Minister Winston Churchill. His father was often away from home but sent regular pay cheques to 9 Newcastle Road, Liverpool, where Lennon lived with his mother, but the cheques stopped when he went absent without leave in February 1944. When he eventually came home six months later, he offered to look after the family, but Julia—by then pregnant with another man's child—rejected the idea. After her sister, Mimi Smith, twice complained to Liverpool's Social Services, Julia handed the care of Lennon over to her. In July 1946, Lennon's father visited Smith and took his son to Blackpool, secretly intending to immigrate to New Zealand with him. Julia followed them—with her partner at the time, 'Bobby' Dykins—and after a heated argument his father forced the five-year-old to choose between them. Lennon twice chose his father, but as his mother walked away, he began to cry and followed her. It would be 20 years before he had contact with his father again.
Throughout the rest of his childhood and adolescence, he lived with his aunt and uncle, Mimi and George Smith, who had no children of their own, at Mendips, 251 Menlove Avenue, Woolton. His aunt bought him volumes of short stories, and his uncle, a dairyman at his family's farm, bought him a mouth organ and engaged him in solving crossword puzzles. Julia visited Mendips on a regular basis, and when he was 11 years old he often visited her in Liverpool, where she played him Elvis Presley records, and taught him the banjo, learning how to play "Ain't That a Shame" by Fats Domino.
The Beatles evolved from Lennon's first band, the Quarrymen. Named after Quarry Bank High School, the group was established by him in September 1956 when he was 15, and began as a skiffle group. By the summer of 1957 the Quarrymen played a "spirited set of songs" made up of half skiffle, and half rock and roll. Lennon first met Paul McCartney at the Quarrymen's second performance, held in Woolton on 6 July at the St. Peter's Church garden fête, after which McCartney was asked to join the band.
George Harrison joined the band as lead guitarist, even though Lennon thought Harrison (at 14 years old) was too young to join the band, so McCartney engineered a second audition on the upper deck of a Liverpool bus, where Harrison played Raunchy for Lennon. Stuart Sutcliffe, Lennon's friend from art school, later joined as bassist. Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Sutcliffe became "The Beatles" in early 1960. In August that year The Beatles, engaged for a 48-night residency in Hamburg, Germany, and desperately in need of a drummer, asked Pete Best to join them. Lennon was now 19, and his aunt, horrified when he told her about the trip, pleaded with him to continue his art studies instead. After the first Hamburg residency, the band accepted another in April 1961, and a third in April 1962. Like the other band members, Lennon was introduced to Preludin while in Hamburg, and regularly took the drug, as well as amphetamines, as a stimulant during their long, overnight performances.
Brian Epstein, The Beatles' manager from 1962, had no prior experience of artist management, but nevertheless had a strong influence on their early dress code and attitude on stage. Lennon initially resisted his attempts to encourage the band to present a professional appearance, but eventually complied, saying, "I'll wear a bloody balloon if somebody's going to pay me". McCartney took over on bass after Sutcliffe decided to stay in Hamburg, and drummer Ringo Starr replaced Best, completing the four-piece line-up that would endure until the group's break-up in 1970. The band's first single, "Love Me Do", was released in October 1962 and reached #17 on the British charts. They recorded their debut album, Please Please Me, in under 10 hours on 11 February 1963, a day when Lennon was suffering the effects of a cold, which is evident in the vocal on the last song to be recorded that day, Twist and Shout. The Lennon/McCartney songwriting partnership yielded eight of its fourteen tracks. With few exceptions—one being the album title itself—Lennon had yet to bring his love of wordplay to bear on his song lyrics, saying: "We were just writing songs ... pop songs with no more thought of them than that–to create a sound. And the words were almost irrelevant". In a 1987 interview, McCartney said that the other Beatles idolised John: "He was like our own little Elvis ... We all looked up to John. He was older and he was very much the leader; he was the quickest wit and the smartest".

Noel was taken aback when she replied. It was not that often that he was returned with as much word play as this. Most people he met were too damn thick to even be able to speak coherently to his statements. ”Ouch, that really hurts me, Sae. But y’know it’s still early. I still ‘ave’a shot.” he said in a mock hurt voice, hand patting his heart in a sardonic manner before he started laughing again. He was well aware of the hidden foreplay she was providing mentally. If that was how she wanted to play, then he was well up to par with fighting back.
Before he knew it, just as he had been for the added effect of distracting her, he found those elegant hand placed upon his hips. ”Ah, well, so m’I, luv.” With the close proximity of the two of them, he could almost taste her perfume. It was not over bearing or flowery, but quite refreshing. Something he had gotten use to over the years, he had to admit. She sure as hell smelt better than any other bird he had been around. He grinned into the feeling of warmth upon his body, having her right where he wanted her, before he deemed the moment right, and was away before she could register the theft and he was well out of hitting range.
Immediately following, she was upon the space beside him, draping those long legs across his lap and causing the older man to shiver inwardly. ‘fucking hell why me?....Christ, woman.’ because he could not help but enjoy every minute of it. Leaning back in his seat and stretching his arms along the back of the headrest as if it didn’t affect him, their current positions. But those skilled hands came to his throat, stroking long, tedious lines downward. He gulped once, eyes following her arm as it moved down. And oh, she sure as hell knew what she was doing to him. Driving him absolutely mad… for some reason, it seemed to bother Noel… hearing about her nightly outings upset him mentally more than he had first thought it would. Though, he couldn’t exactly place why… Who was he to care what she did with herself in her spare time? Maybe it scared him… just a little. To know how unpredictable the male race could be. He knew all too well what they were capable of when it came to women. The last thing he wanted was to know she had been hurt… or… or anything else that could go wrong with something like that. It always comforted him when she came here. Comforted him to know she was under his watch as of the minute she stepped through that door. Because he trusted himself. Not like he did other people.
She lit her own ciggy, and he quickly pulled his out and plucked hers from those cherry lips to pop it into his own mouth, taking a long drag. But when he went to speak, he ”Is that right? You could’ave been with me, y’know. I’m not all that bad t’be ‘round, am I? I could do a lot better than rut ya into a car like some street whore. You deserve better than that, Sae…” but as it looked, she was perfectly happy torturing him with her cruel tales of other blokes catching her attention. He was almost jeal- “No…. stop it Noel, get a grip, will ya?” Her fingers hooked against his belt line and he hummed deep in his throat, eyes closing lightly while they danced there. He knew what he wanted, but of course, he was sure Salem was only interested in payback.
”A’ight, I see how it is now, madam miss madam!” with a sly smile, he slid his hand beneath her back, and the other hooked into the crook of her knees. Lifting her up with little issue before he began cackling uncontrollably. He brought that laughing mouth close to hers and narrowed his eyes. ”give us a kiss.” he closed his eyes tight and smiles smugly, playfully, bending his neck down to give her a quick back and forth brush of their noses before pulling back and humming a silly tune out loudly as he carried her towards the back room where things weren’t so messy. When they were there, he began to mock toss her. Swinging Salem in his arms, threatening to drop her onto the bed. That same laugh filled the air. At length of suspension, he tossed her onto its soft surface, and followed her down. Catching himself on his hands and hanging above her. He stared down at her for the longest time, dark brown hair falling lightly around his face. Brown eyes as unreadable as he could manage. He slowly began to push himself away from her, looking over towards the end of the bed for a notebook that sat near its edge. Briskly, he picked it up and tossed it beside her before making his way to one large, open window where bright sunlight poured into the room, lighting up his features vividly. Upon the window sill, a radio sat, quickly turning it on and letting the sound fill the otherwise quiet apartment.
”Mmmm. So Miss shining star, Piper Crowley finally got me into her li’le web we like t’call the “Barlows”. Thought, maybe, we’d be better off writing our own stuff,” he nodded towards the notebook and suddenly turning his attention to a certain song that crossed the radio speakers.
