   Meet ZIPPY MCKENNAZippy is a sarcastic and witty young woman who is very skilled with quite a few thing instrumental. She's at home playing the drums but she is also currently picking up the bass and harmonica. She is also known to sing backup in the bands that she's in though she far prefers to write. They try to get her to sing solo but it's something she's frequently self conscious about. FRIENDS? Always good for a laugh she's a fiercely loyal friend and rarely holds her tongue. This inability to curb her feelings might cause an ENEMY or two. Those who don't believe that females should be musicians, let alone good drummers, would be added to this list. ROMANCE? Zippy is on tour constantly and as a musician has taken part in her fair share of drinking, drugs, and sexual exploration. Nothing too crazy but it comes with the territory. In fact the only reason she might be partaking in a lifestyle such as this might be because she doesn't know what else to do. Always one of the guys it would be something special indeed if someone could see the girl inside. Zippy has always moved to the beat of her own drum... |

NIKKI && ZIPPY
Well, since she's the fill in drummer I could see maybe a Friendly hate. Nikki ditches the band alot during rehersal, mostly because she gets lost. So maybe there could be an annoyance on her part, they work together, respect eachother, but they are not friends at all?
J.D AND ZIPPY
Nikki used to bring him around alot, so possibly him and Zippy could be friends, Friends with Benefits maybe?

NIKKI&ZIPPY I could see Zippy getting slightly annoyed if Nikki was repeatedly late. So she'd probably dislike her as a 'coworker' but not as a friend. Zippy can sometimes separate the two. So I'd say though Zippy would get annoyed with Nikki's conduct at times during rehearsal she'd still be semi professional and would DEFINITELY party with her. J.D.&ZIPPY Yeah. If Nikki brought him around Zippy would definitely be able to relate to the actor. She wouldn't be shy at all and rarely has a hard time finding conversation. Both her and JD seem to be the 'bad' types (Zippy for her swearing and lifestyle) and JD for other reasons so they'd have that common ground. And yes, I can see flirtations and flings a bound though currently Zippy feels no strong connection with him. |

Priscilla-&-Zippy 'Ciss is a young woman just coming of age. She's sweet and has a big heart and always keeps her mind open. I can see them as being friends, as she loves Music and wouldn't object about zippy playing something she enjoys. She's currently in a relationship with Elvis Presley, and that might cause some friendly conflict or jealousy. |

I could definitely see Zippy and Priscilla getting along especially since they're around the same age. Perhaps if the King has a modest get together Priscilla could ask Zippy to come to Graceland. Dinner parties with rockers is ALWAYS a good idea.
Zippy is rough around the edges. Loud, sarcastic, witty... I think they'd be good friends for each other. Zippy would definitely look out for the King's lady friend (though she'd tease her by calling her Cissy). Emmy also has a heart of gold, though she'd try and claim otherwise, so maybe Priscilla could help her come to terms with that little gem. ;)

Zippy and Janey
Zip here's a riot, and just the sort of girlfriend Janet needs, in my opinion. They're the same age, and both hate the fact women aren't 'supposed' to be rock'n'rollas, though the difference between the ladies is that Zippy said eff that and Janey just not so quietly dreams. Maybe Miss McKenna could bully encourage Miss Jane into trying a bit harder, like by making her attend open mike nights or something? I dunno. Point is, she's fantastic, and these two offbeat girls should be pals. |

Zippy loves people, though others mistake her or being difficult. and I can definitely see her getting along with Janet. I checked with Paul on the music camp idea and Sky seemed cool with it so I don't see why Janet couldn't have been a part of that too. Zippy played violin way back when along with drums and recently she took a long break from it (though I think with her songwriting she might return to it) so keep an eye out! I think both ladies would be good influences on one another. I eventually want Zippy to mellow out and I think maybe Jane could learn to dream big. Either way these two would be super fun.
If you want to start a thread I'll join. Or I can start a thread on the past board with these lameo-s as kids that way others can join. It'd be a good way to get some backhistory into this mess!

Sh'welcome! And a past thread sounds fantastic, since then we could fully establish these fine young ladies' relationship. Band camp would also legitimize Janey's rockabilly dreams, since then she's not a girl who wishes she could sing, she actually can. And it'll be great. Did Zip play violin at band camp, then? Lady's come a long way. Anyway, looking forward to these two, and if ypu could start, it'd be appreciated—I've got some threads to begin with Lindsay. |

I'm currently looking into the history of the electric violin (yes I have plans :P). But yep Zippy gets the violin and drums from me... Sort of have to use what I know about music here... As limited as it is :P
I have to catch up on some of my threads first but I'll certainly try!
